Music Ministry Director
Bethel Missionary Baptist Church is seeking a passionate, organized, and spiritually grounded leader to serve as our Music Ministry Director.
This individual will provide leadership to our choir, musicians, and worship ministry, helping create meaningful worship experiences that inspire congregational participation and support the overall vision of the church. The Music Ministry Director will work closely with the Pastor and ministry leaders to plan worship services, coordinate rehearsals, develop musical talent, and cultivate a culture of excellence, unity, and worship.
We are looking for someone who possesses both musical skill and relational leadership—someone who can build healthy relationships, communicate effectively, and help foster a vibrant worship environment. Experience directing choirs, leading rehearsals, and coordinating musicians is strongly desired.

Media Ministry Coordinator
Bethel Missionary Baptist Church is seeking a creative, organized, and forward-thinking individual to lead our Media Ministry.
The Media Ministry Director oversees the technology and communication systems that help extend Bethel's ministry beyond the walls of the church. This includes livestream production, presentation systems, digital communications, volunteer development, and media support for worship services and special events.
We are looking for someone who enjoys combining technology, creativity, and ministry to help communicate the message of Christ with excellence. The ideal candidate will possess experience in audio, video, livestreaming, media production, or related fields and demonstrate a willingness to stay current with emerging technology and communication trends.

Musician (Piano/Keyboard/Organ
Bethel Missionary Baptist Church is seeking a talented and dependable musician to support weekly worship services and rehearsals.
This position serves as a key part of the worship experience, working alongside the Music Ministry Director, choir, and worship leaders to provide musical accompaniment that enhances congregational worship and supports the overall flow of service.
We are seeking an individual who is proficient in piano, keyboard, organ, or a combination of these instruments and who is comfortable working within a traditional and contemporary African American church worship setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong musicianship, flexibility, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit.
This role includes participation in weekly rehearsals and Sunday worship services, as well as occasional special services and ministry events.
More than simply playing music, we are looking for someone who understands the importance of worship ministry and who desires to use their gifts to help create meaningful worship experiences for others.
